Payment:

We are highly recommended payment by cash (EUR or CZK) = no additional bank fees.
Credit card payment (VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO) possible only in CZK = SURCHARGE 2 % transaction fee.

Booking Deposit:
Refundable according cancellation condition
Reservations over 2000 EUR / 50 000 CZK: 20% of the total amount.
Reservations over New Year's Eve from 28.12 to 3.1: 50% of the total amount must be paid latest 45 days before arrival

Cancelation policy:
Applicable especially for direct reservations. Reservations through agencies are always subject to cancellation policy of the agency

Cleaning:
including change of towels and bed linen
Free cleaning every 4th day (10:00 - 19:00 clock)
Final cleaning: 15 EUR - 40 EUR / 400 CZK - 1000 CZK / depending on the apartment size
Long stay reservation (2 weeks and more) - free cleaning weekly
Extra cleaning : 12 EUR / 300 CZK
Laundry service (1 bag max 6kg, till 24 hours): 15 EUR / 400 CZK

Transport service:
We can arrange transfer for you from the Airport or Railway station to the hotel.

For clients coming outside the working hours of the reception ( 23:00 - 8:00 clock ):
In this case you will get 30% discount for transfer. Our driver will show you the apartment, give you the keys and get the payment from you ( only in cash ). In case that you want to pay by card for accommodation, you can pay online before arrival ( contact us, please ). Or you can pay next day at the reception.

Our driver will expect you at the arrival hall (max 1 hour) with a board bearing your name and will escort you to the reception and then to your apartment.

Air - conditioning: free of charge, for discounted stays we charge 5 EUR / 130 CZK / night
Christmas Tree + set up: 60 EUR / 1500 CZK, included christmas decorations
Pets are allowed on request: free of charge.
